Welcome to WayStars AI (“WayStars AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or any applications (collectively referred to as the “Services”) from our official website, https://waystars.ai, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
- Introduction
1.1 Company Details
WayStars AI is a division of WebWorks Co., a company registered in India. WayStars AI serves as an aggregator of AI technologies provided by third-party platforms, including but not limited to OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic/Claude AI, xAI/GROK, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, Stability AI, and others.
1.2 Purpose
Our Services allow users to generate AI-based content by inputting their data into third-party AI tools/ecosystems. WayStars AI facilitates access to these third-party services but does not own or control the AI models or outputs generated.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services. Additionally, by using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age.
- Services Overview
2.1 AI Aggregator
WayStars AI provides access to multiple third-party AI tools/ecosystems to generate content based on user inputs. WayStars AI acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the content generated.
2.2 Tron Credit System
WayStars AI operates on a unified credit system called “Tron.” Subscriptions and Pay-As-You-Go models are converted into Trons, which represent tokens provided by AI platforms. Each Tron corresponds to a specific amount of processing power or service provided by the third-party AI platforms. Users are responsible for managing their Trons to access and use the Services effectively.
2.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Suitability
The outputs generated by the Services depend entirely on user inputs and the capabilities of third-party AI systems. WayStars AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any output.
2.4 Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party AI platforms and APIs, and their use is subject to their respective terms and conditions. WayStars AI does not control or assume responsibility for the functionality or availability of these third-party platforms.
- User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Inputs
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the data and prompts you input into the system.
3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services: -For illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes. -To generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy, or applicable laws. -For activities that may harm or exploit individuals, including minors.
3.3 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.
3.4 Age Requirement
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use the Services.
- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. WayStars AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2 No Liability for AI Outputs
WayStars AI is not liable for any content generated by third-party AI systems. All outputs are generated based on user inputs and the functionality of third-party platforms.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WayStars AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
4.4 Tron Usage
WayStars AI is not responsible for misuse or mismanagement of Trons by users. Users are advised to monitor their Tron balance and usage carefully to avoid service interruptions.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
-WayStars AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks. -Users retain ownership of their input data and any lawful rights to the content generated by the Services.
5.2 License to Use
By using the Services, you grant WayStars AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your input data solely to provide and improve the Services.
- Termination
6.1 Termination by User
You may stop using the Services at any time.
6.2 Termination by WayStars AI
WayStars AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if your use is deemed harmful to the Services or other users.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

WayStars AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
