WayStars AI Refund Policy

WayStars AI (“WayStars AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing reliable and effective services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for the purchase of Trons or subscriptions to our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy.

  1. No Refund Policy

1.1 General Policy

All purchases of Trons or subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to make their purchase decisions carefully and ensure that WayStars AI’s Services meet their requirements and expectations before completing any transaction.

1.2 Customer Responsibility

By purchasing Trons or subscribing to WayStars AI’s Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features, benefits, and scope of the Services and are fully convinced of their suitability for your needs.

  1. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Failure to Deliver Services

If WayStars AI is unable to deliver the Services as explicitly promised due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a refund. Examples include:

-Technical issues that prevent access to Services for a prolonged period.

-Failure to provide core features that were explicitly included in the subscription or Tron purchase.

2.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under these circumstances, you must:

-Submit a written request to refund@waystars.ai within 30 days of the issue arising.

-Provide detailed information about the nature of the failure and any supporting evidence.

WayStars AI reserves the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund is warranted.

  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

-Change of mind after the purchase.

-Dissatisfaction due to user’s failure to fully utilize the Services.

-Misunderstanding of the Services’ features or limitations.

-Any issues arising from third-party platforms integrated into WayStars AI.

  1. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by WayStars AI are final and binding. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days of the decision and issued via the original payment method or by methods instructed by the user over an official channel.
